Driver Assigned

The Driver Assigned endpoint should be triggered to update the order status when a driver has been assigned for delivery. It should include the assigned driver's details and the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the delivery. This is only applicable when the order platform is managing the delivery process, not when third-party logistics providers are involved.
