How long does the validation and certification process take?

The duration of the validation and certification process largely depends on how quickly your team completes the integration. Once you submit the UAT, it typically takes Grubtech one to two business days to validate the integration.

You must then click the Go Live request and create the credentials. After creating the production credentials, a Grubtech Integration team member will put you in touch with the Onboarding team or the Activation team to discuss and proceed with the Partner Onboarding for your integration.
