Create a Sandbox

Select the Project

Select the project for which you want to create a Sandbox.

  1. Select Manage Project on the left Navigation pane. The Manage Projects page is displayed with the activated API Suites for the projects created.

  2. Click the arrow icon to select the project for which you want to create a Sandbox. The Project Dashboard is displayed.

  3. Under the Project name in the Configure menu, select Sandbox on the left Navigation pane. The Sandbox page is displayed with the activated API Suite for the selected project.

Create a Sandbox

  1. Click + Create a new site . The Create a new sandbox site page is displayed.
  1. In the Sandbox Email box, type a valid email address. Your sandbox will be created using this email.
  2. From the Country drop down list, select the country you want to associate with this account.
  3. From the City drop down list, select the city you want to associate with this account.
    NOTE: The Latitude/Longitude coordinates are automatically generated when the Country and City are selected.
  4. In the Address 1 box, type an address you want to associate to this account.
  5. In the Address 2 box, type an address you want to associate to this account.
  6. From the City drop down list, select the relevant city.
  7. In the Zip Code box, type the relevant zip code for your location**.

NOTE: The Other Values field listed below is relevant to the selected Integration Suite.

  1. Under Other Value, in the Pos store id 1 box, type the POS store ID to provide a unique id for brand and location.
  2. Under Other Values, in the Pos store id 2 box, type the POS store ID to provide a unique id for brand and location.
  1. Click Create Sandbox site. The sample systems are created for you on the sandbox.

  • Refer grubCenter to navigate to the grubCenter Administration Application.
  • Refer Virtual KDS to navigate to the Grub KDS Sample Kitchen Display System.
  • Refer Order Dashboard to navigate to the Test Order App - Sample Ordering Application.
    NOTE: It takes 5 minutes for a new sandbox site to be activated. Please allow this time before placing a test order through a new site.
