Introduction

Grubtech helps restaurants and cloud kitchens to centralize their menu management and order processing. gOnline by Grubtech allows different platforms in the food-tech space integrate seamlessly with each other. These include online ordering platforms, POS systems, ERPs, logistics platforms etc.

This section focuses on integration with downstream systems like POS, ERP, etc. These systems provide users capability to manage orders, manage their sales transactions and receive orders from third-party systems. gOnline provides bi-directional integration support for POS systems to sync menus, availability of items and process orders.

gOnline offers a one stop shop for POS systems and ERPS to integrate with online ordering platforms. Once a POS system is integrated into gOnline it opens the door to the entire ecosystem of integrations gOnline provides. This reduces friction especially around onboarding new partners to the POS system as capabilities such as syncing menus are just a click away.

Integration Overview

As a part of the integration process you are required to implement REST API endpoints (webhooks) over HTTPS on your platform and call REST APIs over HTTPS on gOnline. The integration with gOnline focusses around keeping menus in sync and processing orders.
