Quality Standards

Integration quality is essential for providing a great user experience to both users and partners. We will be updating our APIs and providing new APIs in pursuit of these goals. You will be required to adopt these changes to ensure the best integration experience for all parties.

Ensure you follow the below quality standards when performing an integration with the Grubtech.

• 100% completion of UAT documents provided by our integration team
  • There may be some edge cases to test scenarios related when considering special features depending on the partner requirements
• 100% completion of test case check list
• Use feature matrix references to confirm the exact functionalities provided to each partner

We recommend you running through all the specified test cases beforehand. Once you have completed development and internal testing, the integration verification will happen jointly through full end-to-end testing to ensure everything has been configured correctly.

Performance Standards

Performance standards are crucial when remaining active and competent in the market. Standards are defined to gain overall success rate from each transaction. Integrations that fail to meet a 98% injection success rate (No. of Accepted Orders / Total Submitted Orders) can be subject to revoked API access and/or removal or disabling of restaurant stores from the platform.

Performance standards will be based on following factors:

• Improving the menu push and menu customization functionalities to complete within minimum time
• Enabling rapid execution of changes to recipes, pricing and modifiers across platforms
• Improving instant and automated order ingestion across all food aggregator platforms
• Improving pickup and drop off functionalities with real time tracking of driver check-in and check-out timing
• Enhancing real time updates like tracking, feed back, and reply speeds
