Go Live

Go Live Request

Once the UAT is approved, the Application Store Details section is enabled along with the production tabs inside the Webhooks section. You must enter the production details for the Webhook and the application details for the production and raise a request to Go Live. It is only after your Go Live request is approved by Grubtech, that the buttons inside the generate credentials section is activated.

Production Details for Webhook

1. Click Webhooks on the left Navigation pane. The App Store Details page is displayed.
2. Click the For production tab.
3. Select the Integration Suite for which you want to enter production details.
4. In the Updates box, enter the production webhook URL.
5. In the API Key box, enter the relevant API key generated for the selected Integration Suite.
6. Click Save.

Add Application Details

The application details you enter here will be used when the application is published by Grubtech app store for our customers/partners. You must enter the application details for each of the activated integration suites.

1. Click App Store Details on the left Navigation pane. The App Store Details page is displayed.
2. In the Application Name box, type the name of your application.
3. Click Upload Image to browse and upload a brand image related to your application.
4. Click Save.
5. Click Request to go live.

NOTE: Once your Go Live request is approved by Grubtech, the buttons inside the Generate Credentials section of the For Production tab in the Webhooks page is activated.

Generate API Key for Production

1. Click API Credentials on the left Navigation pane. The API Credentials page is displayed.
2. Click the For production tab.
3. Select the required Integration Suite and click Generate new credentials. The Save your new client secret screen is displayed.
4. Click Copy API Key. This is the key used for the Integration Suite during production.
