Quality Standards

Integration quality is essential for providing a great user experience to both users and partners. We will be updating our APIs and providing new APIs in pursuit of these goals. You will be required to adopt these changes to ensure the best integration experience for all parties.

Performance Standards

Order platforms are required to maintain an order acceptance to submitted ratio of over 98%. Failure to do so could lead to temporary or permanent de-listing. The actions will be determined by the level of deviation from the above mentioned rate.
